TBC offer a free service to UK SME (Small / Medium Enterprise) businesses. We will conduct a high level assessment of your business and give you advice and methods for ways to increase your revenue and expand your business.

Why do we offer this free? We believe it is worth investing our own time in helping SME businesses that may not normally consider paying to take the advice of Business Consultants.

A consultant will visit your site to conduct the assessment. We would usually aim to complete the on site assessment within one day. However sometimes this is not always possible.

Following the assessment the consultant will generate a road map for the improvement of your business. This will be communicated to you during a brief presentation. You will also recieve a written report of your business roadmap.

Although we work mainly in the Manufacturing and Engineering industry our simple concepts of business improvement can be applied to almost any industry supplying any product or service.
